Job Title : Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source candidates through job portal, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment processes Ability to assess candidate suitability Proficiency in MS Office and job portals Ability to work independently and in a team
