We are seeking a Professional Services Executive to manage our client site professional services. You will understand the client requirements for onsite professional services/ resources and work with recruitment executives/ agencies for recruitment and service fulfilment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with our clients and understand onsite resource requirement. Discuss with internal stakeholders to understand selection criteria and pricing. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage job postings and recruitment tools Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Proven experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
