Recruitment & Candidate Management

You collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent. You screen candidates and cultivate strong relationships with them. You take the Ownership and manage the applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, social media, job boards and recruitment agency partnerships. You innovate and enhance sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates. You strengthen our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

HR Operations

You support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and HR operations. You act as an ambassador of the Zeotap team and actively promote and support employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives. You adhere to Zeotap's company, privacy and information security policies. You complete all assigned awareness training on time.

Experience:

4 - 6 years in talent acquisition, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from advertisement to offer, with high-volume candidate communication.

Sourcing Expertise:

Proficient in direct sourcing, research and candidate development across various methods and sources.

Tech Hiring:

Strong background in recruiting for tech roles.

Adaptability:

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing business priorities.

Work Style:

Structured, proactive, and independent.

Execution Focus:

A strong advocate for high-speed execution, understanding the importance of hands-on involvement. *
