Responsibilities:

Strategic Hiring: Design and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to diverse position requirements within the India entity. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and RPO partners, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Trusted Advisory: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights on talent market trends and workforce planning. RPO Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with the performance of local Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners against agreed standards. Employer Branding: Drive initiatives that position Vestas as an employer of choice in India, enhancing visibility and talent attraction. Inclusive Hiring: Champion diversity and inclusion practices aligned with Vestas' values and high-performance culture. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruitment analytics and insights to optimize processes and continuously enhance hiring outcomes. You will manage a team of recruiters, sources and coordinators and need to build capability with in the team

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a multinational corporation Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Competencies:

Proven ability to manage recruitment strategies and influence senior stakeholders. Experience working with or managing RPO providers. Comfortable operating within regional and global team structures, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability. Proficient in leveraging recruitment metrics, data, and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
