who can help us attract, assess, and onboard the kind of talent that builds category-defining companies.

What You'll Own

End-to-end hiring

: from designing role scorecards to closing top talent across sales, marketing, project management, and operations.

Founders' shadow

: sit in on strategic conversations to deeply understand what kind of people we need next.

Culture architect

: help codify our ethos, values, and rituals into a living culture deck and make sure every hire strengthens it.

Employer brand

: position us as the go-to destination for ambitious talent in real estate and luxury spaces.
What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in

high-performance hiring

(real estate, startups, or sales-driven organizations preferred). Strong headhunting and networking ability -- you know how to find people even when they're not "looking." Strategic mindset: can balance speed of hire with long-term cultural fit. Excited to work in a startup-like, ownership-heavy environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
