We are looking for an experienced

Sales Recruiter on a 6-month contract

to support high-volume and critical hiring for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles across levels. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the competitive sales talent market and can quickly build and manage a strong candidate pipeline from scratch within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles during the contract period. Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, events, online platforms, and direct outreach. Execute recruiting strategies to meet agreed hiring targets and timelines. Act as a candidate ambassador by managing the entire candidate lifecycle, including screening, coordination, offer negotiation, offer generation, presentation, and closure. Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates, pipeline insights, and hiring recommendations. Continuously follow up with stakeholders to align on staffing priorities and hiring plans.

Required Skills & Experience

7-10 years of hands-on Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience recruiting Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer talent across multiple levels. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize roles to meet urgent business needs. Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
