Responsibilities:
Maintained excellent working relationships with the Delivery Unit for a better understanding of their current and anticipated requirements.
Planning Recruitment activities for the month based on staffing requests
Being Hands on in the recruitment

Should have the technical knowhow
Hiring resources within defined SLA's respective BUH's
Cost optimization, ensuring 90% of hiring through lost cost channels (e.g.: LinkedIn, Employee Referral, Job Portals, Social Networking Sites, technology network groups
Manpower tracking/ Resource Management: Database maintenance & involved the in preparation of various MIS trackers
Involved in the background credential verifications of the employees.
Conducted and coordinated various Weekend Walk-in drives as required
Responsible for improving process excellence.
Develop strong pipeline for highly skilled for all current and anticipated requirements
Contributing to HR Branding activities
Well-versed using the HR tools
Aspired to grow and eager to learn
Comes with good network of Vendor's
Hands on experience in Social media hiring and head hunting
Required Skills:
5+ years of Talent acquisition role with progressive future ready experience.
MBA in Human Resources
Expert Team Management skills
Market research ability and relevant analytical skills
Knowledge of labour law and hiring legislations
Experienced in hiring in Salesforce ecosystem
Manage a team of experienced recruiters to handle all forms of hiring requirements.
Extensive experience selecting and managing outside contractors and vendors
Experience in global recruitment especially North American markets
Experience of heading new generation TA team in Mid-sized organization
