Talent Acquisition & HR (70%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for event staff, freelancers, promoters, coordinators, and internal roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage bulk hiring for events and short-term projects
Handle onboarding, documentation, and HR records for new hires
Maintain employee and freelancer databases
Coordinate contracts, offer letters, and engagement letters
Support basic HR policies, attendance tracking, and employee coordination
Admin & Operations (30%)
Manage office administration and vendor coordination
Maintain records, invoices, and basic HR/admin documentation
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and payments to freelancers
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and field staff
