Role Overview
As a
Talent Acquisition Officer - Candidate Sourcing
, your primary responsibility is to
identify, approach, and register job-seeking candidates
into our recruitment system.
This role is
field + desk based
and focuses purely on
candidate onboarding
, not employer sales.
Key Responsibilities
Source job-seeking candidates through:
Walk-ins
Local references
Social media & WhatsApp groups
Colleges, institutes, and local networks
Explain In-Cure's recruitment & career support services to candidates
Collect and verify candidate details using the registration form
Coordinate with the operations team for data entry and resume processing
Achieve monthly candidate registration targets
Who Can Apply
Freshers or experienced candidates
Graduates / Plus Two / Diploma holders
Strong communication skills in
Malayalam
(English is an advantage)
People who enjoy interacting with job seekers
Career counselors, telecallers, HR aspirants, or sales-support professionals
