Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders including IR/ER heads & Union representatives, etc. Rigour in Managing open positions under stringent timelines. Willingness to travel to ITI institutes from inter and intra state to create eligible pool and hiring Analytical skills Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring manager Able to Manage and guide team of Blue-Collar Recruiter Experience in NAPS / NATS & Temporary (grades) hiring Understanding of Mandatory Compliances during hiring process. Stakeholder Management Should able to work under pressure Good to have from Manufacturing background

Technical experience required (e.g. - MS Excel, MS Word, System Knowledge to basic / intermediate / expert level) Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook,SAP Any other desirable skills/experience relevant to role Experience of handling a wide range of diverse, sensitive activities within a customer facing environment.
