Use data and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and make improvements.
Lead and mentor junior recruiters in the team.
Ensure all hiring processes support the company's
diversity and inclusion goals

Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment agencies when necessary.
Manage the
candidate experience
to reflect the organization's values and culture.
Requirements
Any Graduate
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a tech-driven environment).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in stakeholder management and strategic hiring.
A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
