Talent Acquisition Manager(Male)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate

walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus drives

across different locations. Visit training institutes, colleges, and local job centres to attract suitable candidates. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-up with applicants. Coordinate with internal departments and management regarding manpower needs. Prepare recruitment reports and maintain documentation. Support HR operations as required.

Requirements:

MBA or BBA (preferably in HR or related field).

2-5 years

of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Willing to travel for recruitment activities (route work).

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

Male candidates only.

Must be energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
