Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
Lead campus hiring, employee referrals, and headhunting for niche positions.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Collaborate with HR team on talent retention and workforce engagement strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment tools.
