Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: MAHAPE(Navi Mumbai)

Working Days-Mon-Sat(9.30am-6.30pm)

Exp-4 years(mini)

Reports To: HR Head / Director

With our focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence, we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and bring in the right talent to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.

Lead campus hiring, employee referrals, and headhunting for niche positions.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).

Collaborate with HR team on talent retention and workforce engagement strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (manufacturing or luxury/retail industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, ATS, and social media hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong stakeholder and candidate relationships.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
