We are looking for a dynamic and experienced profession - Talent Acquisition to lead our Non-IT recruitment function. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, head-hunting, and talent acquisition strategies, combined with hands-on experience using recruitment platforms and hiring portals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
Drive proactive sourcing strategies including head-hunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
Utilize hiring portals efficiently to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Engage with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Implement best practices to enhance hiring efficiency, TAT, and candidate experience.
Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Prepare and track recruitment dashboards, metrics, and market insights.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
