Key Responsibilities (JD):



Plan and execute recruitment strategy for all positions. Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer process. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. Maintain candidate database and manage recruitment MIS. Manage vendors, job portals, and social media hiring. Drive campus and field hiring as required. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities. Support employer branding and hiring process improvements.

Time-to-fill:

Maintain hiring turnaround within agreed timelines.

Quality of hire:

Ensure right fit and retention of new hires.

Cost efficiency:

Optimize recruitment cost per hire.

Candidate experience:

Maintain positive engagement and feedback.

Compliance:

Adhere to HR policies and documentation standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
