Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role requires strong expertise in strategic hiring, team management, stakeholder coordination, and employer branding to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments
Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
Drive sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Oversee campus hiring, bulk hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives
Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Manage recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-joining ratio, etc.)
Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Coordinate with HR operations for seamless onboarding and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
Expertise in hiring for diverse roles (corporate, technical, leadership, bulk)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Team handling and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and social recruiting
Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and MIS
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Qualifications
BBA/ MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
7-10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition

Experience in scaling teams or multi-location hiring is a plus

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
