Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager will lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles, with a strong focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions. This role requires deep experience working with HR consultancies and large MNC consulting firms, along with a proven track record of successfully closing senior and hard-to-fill roles across functions.

The role combines strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution, acting as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition



Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and specialized roles. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities. Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans.

Senior & Leadership Hiring



Successfully close senior-level roles (Senior Manager, Director, VP, CXO support roles). Lead confidential and high-impact searches with discretion and professionalism. Assess candidates not only for skills, but also for leadership capability, culture fit, and long-term potential.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management



Leverage experience from HR consultancies and MNC consulting environments to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking. Manage external search firms and recruitment partners effectively.

Process Excellence & Governance



Build and refine recruitment processes, metrics, and governance frameworks. Track and report key TA metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios. Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity goals, and hiring standards.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline



Strengthen employer branding through proactive talent engagement and networking. Build long-term pipelines for leadership and niche skill roles. Represent the organization professionally in candidate and partner interactions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant tenure in HR consultancies and/or large MNC consulting firms. Demonstrated success in closing senior and leadership roles across functions. Strong understanding of executive search, market intelligence, and talent mapping. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications

MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR or Management. Experience hiring across multiple geographies or for global roles. Exposure to industry sectors such as Consulting, Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Consumer.
