We are looking for dynamic Recruiters who are experienced in end-to-end hiring with strong sourcing skills and a deep understanding of Volume Hiring, Niche Hiring, and Lateral Hiring (Mining/Manufacturing preferable)
What you'll do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for various technical and non-technical roles.
Drive talent attraction strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience in managing independent hiring across multiple functions and levels.
Strong expertise in the latest sourcing techniques and talent acquisition trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills along with MIS and ATS knowledge.
A passion for recruitment, networking, and bringing the best talent onboard.
Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
