Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Recruiters who are experienced in end-to-end hiring with strong sourcing skills and a deep understanding of Volume Hiring, Niche Hiring, and Lateral Hiring (Mining/Manufacturing preferable)

What you'll do:
? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer negotiation.
? Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
? Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs.
? Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for various technical and non-technical roles.
? Drive talent attraction strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What we're looking for:

? Hands-on experience in managing independent hiring across multiple functions and levels.
? Strong expertise in the latest sourcing techniques and talent acquisition trends.
? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills along with MIS and ATS knowledge.
? A passion for recruitment, networking, and bringing the best talent onboard.
? Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per year
