Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists (if applicable).
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Enhance employer branding through careers page optimization, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
