The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates across all levels of the organization. The role involves leading the recruitment team, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and ensuring a strong employer brand in the job market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and final selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and forecast future hiring needs.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
Manage recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Promote employer branding through job fairs, career events, and social platforms.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
Train and mentor the recruitment team to achieve department targets.
