1) Qualification - M.B.A.
2) Experience - 8 - 10 Years as Recruitment Professional in Automobile Industry.
3) Manage the entire hiring process, including writing compelling job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
4) Align recruitment strategies with the dealership's overall business goals and workforce planning.
5) Work closely with department managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert advice on best recruitment practices.
6) Identify and attract candidates through online job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, and other channels.
7) Develop, train, and mentor junior recruiters and manage their performance to achieve recruitment targets.
8) Excellent ability to manage multiple open positions, track candidate pipelines, and maintain organized records.
9) Organize as well as participate in Job Fairs, Campus Recruitments and other activities.
10) Understanding of the automotive industry's unique staffing needs for sales, service, and other roles.
11) Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data, market trends, and talent shortages to optimize hiring strategies.
