Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct organizational needs analysis and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Design, plan, and execute learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, soft skills workshops, and compliance training.
Select and manage learning vendors, platforms, and digital learning tools.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and department heads to understand team- specific training needs.
Manage budgets and resources related to L&D initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Develop talent development plans, career pathing, and succession planning initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest learning technologies, methods, and trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
