Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
Build talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring within hotel and resort operations.
Use modern sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, and industry networking.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
Manage employer branding activities to enhance the company's visibility in the hospitality job market.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, institutes, and training centers.
Ensure compliance with hiring standards, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's in HR, Hospitality Management, or related field.
3-7 years of experience
in recruitment within hotels, resorts, restaurants, QSRs, hospitality staffing firms, or travel & tourism.
Strong understanding of hospitality roles, skills, and manpower requirements.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle bulk hiring as well as specialized leadership hiring.
Strong networking and industry awareness.
