Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Senior HR Recruiter will handle employee onboarding and engage in employer branding activities.

Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and build relationships with potential candidates Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
