Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us build high-performing teams. The role involves driving sourcing strategies, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities o Handle the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing to onboarding. o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. o Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. o Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments. o Manage recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures. o Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities. Requirements o Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. o 3-5 years of proven recruitment experience (real estate preferred). o Strong stakeholder management & communication skills. o Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools. o Ability to handle bulk as well as niche hiring.
