Talent Acquisition Manager with 2+ years of work experience required in a reputed capital market organisation located at Andheri (near Mahakali Caves) , Mumbai

JD:

- Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition : manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding

- Use job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring to build a strong talent pipeline

- Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for accurate candidate data and reporting

- Coordinate with department heads to align hiring plans with business needs

- Handle offer negotiations, rollouts, and smooth onboarding

- Keep recruitment MIS and reports updated for management review

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Support HR operations , basic payroll checks, and compliance as needed

Salary up to Rs 30,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
