Job Type: Full-time

(Monday to Saturday - 9.55am to 7.00pm)

Job profile:

Source candidates through various portals.

Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.

Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.

Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round.

Determine qualification criteria for each position.

Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements).

Participate in job fairs to boost company's reputation.

Contact universities /Colleges regarding campus hiring.

Help new hires on-board

Skills:

Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting

Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
