? Regularly communicate progress on open roles and proactively recommend solutions toclose critical positions on time.

? Monitor recruitment budgets, keeping overall hiring costs within approved limits. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring life-cycle.

? Track key recruitment metrics and generate insightful reports for continuous improvement. ? Stay informed on industry hiring trends, competitor strategies, and emerging recruitmenttechnologies. Must-Have Qualifications:

? Minimum 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing recruitment at a managerial level. ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Strong grasp of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.

? Proven success in talent acquisition within fast-paced and high-pressure environments. ? Commercially savvy with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

? Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
