Job Purpose




To lead and manage end-to-end recruitment efforts across India, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities



Drive

end-to-end recruitment

pan-India, ensuring timely and efficient hiring aligned with business priorities. Prioritize roles based on business criticality and maintain

flexibility

to adapt to evolving organizational needs. Develop and implement a

cost-effective talent acquisition strategy

, leveraging low-cost sourcing channels and optimizing cost-per-hire. Build and manage a

robust talent pipeline

to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined

SLAs and TATs

. Use

social media and professional networks

to proactively source and engage with high-potential candidates. Strengthen

employer branding

initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Regularly

report progress

on open positions and provide proactive solutions to address hiring bottlenecks.

Monitor recruitment budgets

, ensuring adherence to approved financial limits. Ensure

compliance

with labor laws, data protection standards, and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Track key

recruitment metrics

and generate actionable insights for continuous process improvement. Stay updated on

industry hiring trends

, competitor practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.

Must-Have Qualifications



4-5 years of managerial-level experience

in recruitment within the

manufacturing sector

. Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources

Business Administration

, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of

recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices

. Demonstrated success in managing high-volume hiring in

fast-paced and high-pressure environments

. Strong
