We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, primarily supporting marine, construction, and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project-based hiring, bulk manpower mobilization, and professional recruitment, with strong coordination and people management skills.
Negotiate recruitment costs and ensure timely closure of positions.
Monitor vendor performance and compliances
Team Management
Lead and guide the recruitment team.
Set recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.
Provide training and performance feedback to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong experience in marine, construction, or Marine project hiring.
Proven expertise in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
Knowledge of labor laws and project manpower compliance is an advantage.
Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.
