Source, screen, and interview candidates, with a focus on female tutors.
Probe candidates effectively on family responsibilities, availability, and long-term commitment.
Coordinate with operations and academic teams to match tutor supply with demand.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for continuous hiring needs.
Must Have Attributes
Mentor and guide junior recruiters (if any) in the team.
1-2 years of recruitment experience (TL / Sr. Associate / Associate level).
Female candidate, with maturity and empathy in conversations.
Strong probing & interviewing skills, especially around availability and family balance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and deliver results.
Experience in data-driven hiring and retention-focused recruitment.
Ability to design and implement structured interview & onboarding processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Prior EdTech recruitment experience.
? Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
