Source Candidates:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to find qualified candidates.
Screen Applicants:
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Conduct Interviews:
Organize and conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Manage Offers:
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle employment contracts.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
