Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
Talent Acquisition team
, ensuring delivery on hiring mandates across functions and business units.
Develop and implement effective
recruitment strategies
aligned with business objectives.
Oversee
dashboard reporting
, analyze recruitment metrics, and present data-driven insights to leadership.
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance TA efficiency.
Ensure
compliance
with organizational hiring policies and maintain data accuracy in HRMS.
Mentor and upskill the TA team to strengthen recruitment capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in
Talent Acquisition
with team-handling exposure.
Background:
Must have worked in a
corporate or multi-location organization
.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
,
MIS
, and recruitment dashboards.
Hands-on experience with
ATS/HRMS tools
and reporting systems.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Up to ₹13 LPA (based on experience and fit)
