Role Overview
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Manager
who has scaled teams in D2C/e-commerce environments. You will own the complete hiring strategy, manage a small TA team, and build processes that deliver high-quality hires at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
Design and implement hiring plans aligned with business growth.
Lead, mentor, and upskill a
Talent Acquisition team/associates
.
Partner with leadership to forecast manpower needs across functions.
Talent Acquisition
Drive
end-to-end hiring
for mid-senior roles: sourcing, assessments, interviews, negotiations, and closures.
Source candidates through Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and headhunting.
Build talent pipelines for high-growth roles (E-commerce, Marketing, Ops, Creative).
Ensure a
fast TAT
and reduce drop-offs with strong candidate engagement.
Process & Employer Branding
Standardize
interview panels, assignments, and evaluation rubrics
.
Maintain structured dashboards & analytics on hiring performance.
Strengthen employer branding through
LinkedIn, campus drives, and content campaigns
.
Drive initiatives for diversity and high-quality talent pools.
HR Collaboration
Partner with HR Generalist team on onboarding, induction, and retention metrics.
Contribute to building policies and engagement initiatives that support culture.
Requirements
5-8 years
of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least
3+ years in D2C/e-commerce hiring
.
Proven track record of
scaling teams from 50 ? 200+ employees
.
Strong sourcing expertise in
Naukri Resdex & LinkedIn Recruiter
.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Strong data orientation - dashboards, TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness.
Ability to manage high volumes across multiple functions simultaneously.
KPIs / Success Metrics
Time-to-fill & Offer-to-Join ratio
Quality of hire (performance of new joiners at 90 days)
Diversity of talent pool
Employer branding impact (LinkedIn engagement, campus traction)
