Roles and Responsibilities:



Develop and execute

end-to-end recruitment strategies

across all levels (Analyst to Partner). Manage and guide the

Talent Acquisition team

, ensuring alignment with hiring goals. Collaborate with

consulting leadership

for effective

workforce planning

aligned with business needs. Build and maintain

talent pipelines

for current and future hiring demands through proactive sourcing. Oversee the recruitment lifecycle:

job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations

. Lead

campus recruitment

,

lateral hiring

, and

diversity hiring initiatives

within the consulting vertical. Monitor and analyze

recruitment metrics

to drive process improvements and data-based decisions. Coordinate with

external recruitment agencies

and

internal HR operations

for smooth hiring processes. Ensure compliance with

employment laws

, company

HR policies

, and internal procedures. Act as a

brand ambassador

, delivering an exceptional

candidate experience

. Stay updated on

market intelligence

talent trends

, and

consulting industry best practices

.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration

, or related field (

Master's preferred

). Minimum

6 years of experience

in Talent Acquisition, with at least

3 years in consulting/professional services hiring

. Proven success in hiring for roles like

strategy consultants, technology consultants, and project managers

. Strong understanding of

consulting business models

,

project staffing

, and

competency frameworks

. Proficient in

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

and recruitment tools like

LinkedIn Recruiter

,

Job Boards

, and

CRM platforms

. Excellent

communication

,

stakeholder management

, and

interpersonal skills

. Strong

analytical skills

reporting abilities

with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to handle

multiple priorities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
