3. Logistics & Blue-Collar Hiring
Manage hiring for
drivers, operations supervisors, fleet staff, loaders, and branch support roles
through local networks, vendors, and referrals.
Coordinate bulk hiring requirements for branch expansions or new client onboarding.
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for operational roles.
4. Stakeholder & Leadership Coordination
Act as a
single hiring SPOC
for all departments.
Regularly update management on
open positions, ageing, and hiring risks
.
Challenge unrealistic hiring demands with data-backed inputs.
Ensure timely feedback and decision-making from interviewers.
5. Process, MIS & Cost Control
Maintain
recruitment MIS
: open roles, closures, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire.
Reduce dependency on external consultants through strong internal sourcing.
Improve candidate experience and employer branding.
Support onboarding coordination with HR Ops to ensure smooth joining.
6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper documentation for all hires as per company policy.
Coordinate background verification where required.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate hiring records.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
Strong hands-on recruiter

Experience in
logistics / transport / manufacturing / operations-heavy organizations
Ability to handle
blue-collar + white-collar hiring
Comfortable working with
branch teams and field staff
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closure mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Strong sourcing & screening capability

Data-driven mindset (MIS, dashboards)
Proficiency in
MS Excel, ATS, job portals
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM - HR preferred)
Experience
5-8 years
in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Experience in
mid-sized or growing companies
Prior exposure to
multi-location hiring
preferred
