As the Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager, you will be a key player in scaling our team and driving our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various functions, managing a team of recruiters, and implementing best-in-class talent acquisition strategies. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sense of ownership, a hunger for growth and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Recruitment:

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet Kalvium's aggressive hiring goals across both IT and Non-IT verticals.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Hands-on management of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-4 recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success and individual growth.

Lateral & Bulk Hiring Expertise:

Successfully manage and execute lateral hiring for niche roles and high-volume bulk hiring campaigns for various departments.

Process Improvement:

Design, implement, and optimize recruitment processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.

Project Management:

Oversee and manage recruitment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent market trends.

Sourcing & Tools Proficiency:

Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms, including Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent.

Data-Driven Approach:

Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize hiring effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to building and enhancing Kalvium's employer brand to attract passive candidates and position us as an employer of choice.

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum 4+ Years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrable hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. Extensive experience in managing lateral hiring and executing successful bulk hiring initiatives. Subject matter expert in the recruitment vertical with a deep understanding of market trends and best practices. Prior experience in leading and managing a team of at least 3-4 recruiters. Strong project management skills within a recruitment context, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver on hiring projects. Proven ability to set up and implement recruitment processes and ensure their effective execution. Hands-on experience with various job portals (Naukri, Indeed), professional networking platforms (LinkedIn), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Pyjama HR or similar. Data-savvy mindset with excellent MS Office skills, particularly advanced proficiency in MS Excel. High intent, grit, and hunger to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
