We are hiring a high-performance Talent Acquisition Lead based in India to support a fast-growing US startup. This is a contract position with a base salary of USD $500 per month plus USD $25 commission per successful hire, offering strong earning potential for high performers. What You'll Do
You will own the end-to-end hiring process for technical, business, and creative roles, including:
Software & Computer Science Engineers
AI, Product, and Growth roles
Client Success & Business roles
Your responsibilities include:
Designing and executing AI-driven sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and global platforms
Building high-quality candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines
Using AI-powered resume screening and structured interview frameworks
Conducting professional candidate interviews
Representing our brand and communicating role expectations clearly
Managing candidates from first touch through onboarding
Partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs
Reporting hiring metrics and performance insights
Negotiating and closing candidates
Continuously improving hiring processes through AI adoption This role blends hands-on recruiting execution with strategic talent leadership.
Who You Are Required
3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering
Experience hiring technical or growth-focused roles
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Tech-savvy and highly comfortable using AI tools
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven success sourcing passive candidates
Preferred
Experience recruiting for AI/ML, startup, or IT environments
Exposure to global or US hiring
Hands-on AI recruitment experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
HR certifications are a plus
Experience with performance-based compensation models
