Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

Manage end-to-end hiring process for mid to senior-level positions across functions.

Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce requirements.

Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, agencies).

Build a strong employer brand to attract top industry talent.

Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights to management.

Lead and mentor the recruitment team.

Qualifications & Skills



MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

10 - 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Agri/Seeds/FMCG/Manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple mandates.

Proven track record of hiring for niche and leadership roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
