Job Description

1. Work closely with corporate hiring managers to understand their diversity hiring requirements and develop effective plans.

2. Monitor and adjust recruitment strategies based on market trends, business changes and feedback.

3. Set recruitment targets and objectives for the team and track progress against these goals.

4. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring with internal & external stakeholders.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate hiring managers, DE & I leaders and other CSR leads.

6. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including the use of job boards, social media, networking events and direct outreach.

7. Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

8. Enhance and leverage employer branding to attract top talent.

9. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges and outcomes to senior management.

10. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for process improvements. 11. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 12. Implement new technologies and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
