Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and niche roles.
Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Partner with business leaders to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
Champion Subhanu's employer brand across platforms and events.
Analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
Mentor junior HR team members and interns, fostering a learning culture.
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR leadership.
Proven success in scaling teams in dynamic environments.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
Experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
