Qualifications

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for technical roles.
Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Proven ability to manage recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical talent.
