Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our organization in the India market. GTA is a newly formed function within Takeda Human Resources brought together to position Takedas future success by strengthening our Talent attraction and retention engine, while adopting best-in-class hiring practices. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of talent market, talent acquisition practices, and tools to ensure full visibility to external trends.
OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, India, you will be the primary point of contact for the India Business in the Global Portfolio Division (GPD), collaborating with regional Talent Acquisition leads in Growth and Emerging Markets (GEM) to drive India talent attraction and retention needs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of Talent Acquisition initiatives within India for GPD. You will act as a strategic partner for key stakeholders, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent is intricately aligned with India Local Operating Company (LOC)s overarching business imperatives.
This position will ensure that regional India talent acquisition processes, programs, and policies, in partnership with the TA Enablement team, are aligned to global programs and processes. The TA Lead champions continuous process improvement to drive best-in-class hiring results, specifically in implementing ways to simplify, standardize & clarify the hiring processes and stakeholder roles & responsibilities to drive agility & consistency across India
This role will serve as a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition community of Practice and is accountable for leading the RPO partnership and service delivery model, responsible for end-to-end recruiting meets the business needs. Additionally, in partnership with Employer Branding, the position is responsible for implementing Takedas global brand, employee value proposition, and business talent strategy to support the attraction and retention of talent for India. This includes leveraging technology to create a better experience for all stakeholders involved with TA
The role is based in Mumbai, India, and will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition for GPD.
