Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
Assist in offer rollout and onboarding formalities
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience hiring for IT or non-IT roles is an added advantage
