Job Description

Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and recruitment strategies.

Manage end-to-end sales hiring, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines using industry sources and networks.

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create robust sourcing strategies.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.

Lead client update meetings on active searches and hiring progress.

Utilize ATS and CRM tools


Required Skills & Competencies:


Strong research and sourcing skills for passive talent identification.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical recruitment plans.

Experience in data-driven decision-making for hiring strategies.

Results-driven with a strong focus on client service and execution.

Ability to handle confidential, senior-level searches with discretion.



Profiles having experience in sales Hiring , working at client end and interacting with multiple stakeholders are preferred .


Those having the ability to deal with Medical devices or equipment's will be added advantage
