About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare job description, source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), screen the resumes concerning given skill sets
2. Conduct the initial interview process, do salary negotiation, take approvals, prepare offer letters, do reference checks, & indulge in pre-engagement until the candidate joins the organization
3. Work with the admin & HR team to arrange logistics & conduct the joining process
4. Manage the hiring interview process including conducting interview kickoffs & debrief sessions, managing offer approval processes, extending offers & onboarding candidates
5. Communicate our unique employee value proposition
6. Fulfill order board requirements as per assigned targets
7. Handle communication within the team & aid in preparing schedules for recruitment activities & their execution
