Offee is India's 1st platform to enable exams on students' own devices without using the internet and infrastructure. We focused on increasing the efficiency of every teacher to unlock opportunities for every student through assessment and upskilling. We design and build research-backed assessment platforms and hardware-based systems with in-depth analytics for organizations focused on education and learning. About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
7. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
8. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
