About the internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Talentroof Infotech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent to our organization. Your role will involve utilizing your strong recruitment skills and English proficiency to assist in the hiring process.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
4. Update and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
6. Support in coordinating recruitment events and job fairs to attract new talent.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects related to talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finding top talent, we would love to have you on our team!
