About the internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Atria Convergence Technologies, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent for our organization. Your effective communication skills, proficiency in MS-Excel, and fluency in both spoken Telugu and English will be essential in this role.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
2. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
3. Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers
4. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and job postings
5. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires
6. Providing support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
