About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research and identify potential candidates through various sources, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
2. Develop and maintain a talent pool to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future vacancies.
3. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and the culture of the organization.
